Description: | PCMS Inc. offers technology consulting, strategic IT project planning, network management, systems upgrades and migrations, and data protection services whose partners include Microsoft, Symantec, VM Ware and Cisco. We are looking for an account manager with a history of success in the Cincinnati area to continue an aggressive growth strategy.
We have an opening for an experienced and aggressive Technical Sales professional who wants to work within the fast growing mid-sized corporate market. The position is responsible for selling our professional services, hardware and software within assigned accounts. This position also requires development of new accounts in the Greater Cincinnati area through cold calling and networking.

Duties: | Responsibilities include developing new and established sales opportunities. The position will proactively seek out, identify, qualify, develop and close new opportunities, making sales presentations, analyzing customers needs and making recommendations for IT solutions. This position requires handling all aspects of account development, including cold-calling, networking, prospecting and demonstrating a high level of sales activity. You must be capable of developing and executing sales strategies in complex technical environments. It is also necessary to maintain a high level of product and vendor knowledge. This position is responsible for resolving critical customer issues, maintaining client satisfaction and growing existing relationships.

Qualifications: | Must-Have Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience within the IT industry
Working knowledge and experienced selling IT consulting services to businesses
Must have fundamental knowledge in two or more of the following areas: Systems Management, Portals & Collaboration, Infrastructure, Unified Communications or Managed Services & Staffing
Strong familiarity with hardware and software products
Cold calling mentality
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to overcome obstacles to achieving results.
Meet and exceed yearly sales target/quota.
Exceptional language and communications skills required
Self-starter, self-motivated
Local candidates or within a 2-hr driving distance from the Cincinnati area only
Understanding of Cincinnati marketplace required
Local travel, approximately 25% necessary to be successful in this role
Microsoft product knowledge
Symantec product knowledge
Cisco product knowledge
Highly Preferred skills:
MCP or other technology certification
4-year degree
