We have an opening for a full-time SharePoint Technical Analyst for our Cincinnati location. This position is a challenging career path that performs project-based consultation to customers as well as technical support at all levels.
Design, configure, implement and deploy SharePoint in order to support business processes using out-of-the-box capabilities.
Understand and implement best practices associated with SharePoint deployments
Administration and configuration of SharePoint services to take requirements and translate them in to a business solution using SharePoint features and functions.
Management, maintenance, troubleshooting, backup/recovery, and reporting of SharePoint systems.
*Custom content types to support enhance and facilitate business processes and related data.
*Forms using InfoPath Form Services.
*Business intelligence dashboards using out-of-the-box capabilities of SharePoint
*Custom workflows to enhance, support and facilitate business process related data.
Conduct business process design activities in support of customer SharePoint solutions.
Collaborate with external support and technical teams to ensure SharePoint development efforts integrate with Enterprise architectural framework.
Create and maintain project documentation, presentations, tracking, and tasks
Information Technology services experience of 5+ years
Ability to architect Intranets, Extranets, Portals, and Internet facing sites using SharePoint
Understand branding techniques and capabilities associated with SharePoint
Understand deployment and support of custom SharePoint solutions.
Ability to mentor end users on the capabilities of SharePoint
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
