PCMS has a full time opening for a seasoned marketing professional to work on a series of integrated marketing campaigns targeting customer base. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing of multi-channel marketing strategies and programs including direct marketing, onsite advertising and service communications. This position works closely with Vice Presidents, Directors, Product Management, Sales and potential outside agencies.

The Marketing Manager will manage a series of activities promoting and supporting the brand(s) to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include overseeing the development of annual plans, implementation of various tactics into the marketplace, and providing insightful analysis. Results will be achieved through your effective leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams made up of peers in other disciplines including Research & Development, Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Sales.
The ideal candidate will have:
Marketing management experience of 5+ years.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding marketing goals and company branding.
History of strong business development required.
Proven success of penetrating new markets and developing new business plans.
Strong track record of creating marketing business development which leads to substantial business impact.
Capable of developing and executing sales strategies in a complex technical and political environments.

Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or a closely related discipline
• Well-developed career interest in marketing with a very hands on marketing approach
• Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities
• Strong business analysis and creative capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong results orientation based upon determination and aggressiveness
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Interest in the technology category in which we compete
• Liaise with internal and external customers at all levels
• Customer focused with excellent social skills with the ability to establish and maintain good/productive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Results oriented, accurate and capable of managing detail
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and able to deliver on time in a deadline-driven environment
• Execution of marketing plans for a portfolio of products and services
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
• Must have the ability for minimal travel both domestically and abroad
